さてTOEIC　IP結果から少したちました。

未だにあの結果は衝撃です。

なんかTOEIC９００とると英語マスターしたような偽物の感覚に襲われるんだよね。

そんなわけで最近はぼ～としていて勉強していませんが

とりあえず難しい洋書に疲れたので簡単な洋書をキンドルで読むことに

Alice's adventure in wonderland あたりから読んでいきます

衝撃のTOEIC IP結果 ( A surprising TOEIC score)

先日公開テストの結果が実にひどかった
815です

だからショックで食事が喉も通りませんでした。

しかし


今日先週のIPの結果が

９３５！？


wtf？

what on earth is going on?

というわけでブログ続行とともに英語の勉強も頑張ります。

それにしても公開とIPでどうしてこんなに違うんだろう

３日前にもなるか、TOEICの公開の結果があまりに衝撃的だったので

ブログやめようかと思いましたが

今一度英検をやる気が漠然と湧いてきました


そういうわけで英検来月受けます。

TOEIC IP受けてきました

まぁ今日はいろいろあったんで帰ったのは１０ごろ

学内IPですが、環境はやはり想像道理というかひどいというか

フォームが4EIC5　か 4EIC6 どっちか忘れたけど

ネットで解答情報をさぐったところそれは2008年のTOEICだそうです

なるほどどうりでリーディングが簡単だったのか

最近のリーディング難化はほんとだったんですね。

ちなみに試験途中すごいTOILET逝きたくなって我慢しながら２００問問いたあと最後の見直し
タイム放棄してTOILET逝きましたww


まわりからは変な人と思われたんでしょうねww

まぁそれでもきちんと解いてから逝ったから後悔なし　かな？

明日はTOEIC IPです。

さて、明日は年に１回の学内IPの日

そもそも１年に１回がすくなすぎる、K大学なり他の大学なら月１で受けられるでしょう。

実際にみてみるとなんだAmericanizeされてんじゃんとがっかり

まぁあとでプロフェッサーにきいてみよう

ほんとに２世かよ！

そんで肝心の字幕なしと仮定したときの理解度はおそらく６割前後

まぁ実際字幕なしでみたら視覚エフェクトにより８割ぐらいわかったつもりになるでしょうね。
（えっ甘い？）

昨日ブログをloiterしていたらイクフンの新しい本が出たとのことで

すごく気になって本屋に直行して買ってしまったww

悩んだあげく英検からの図書カードで買ったのは

そんで最初のpart5もうおわらせてもうた

結果65/80

うーーん

8割ちょいか・・・

最初は簡単すぎてなんだ初心者むけのイクフンかとおもいきや

まぁこのシリーズおそらく分厚い方の上級者用に対しお手軽な初級者用

またのちほど報告します

ああ、あと問題の質は割と最近のtoeicに近いかもしれません。

今日は英検サンプルテストをR大学まで受けて来ました。

早速内容についてですが、

まぁ英検一級ぐらいの語彙が出題されましたが、半分くらいの出来か？

ｷﾀ━(ﾟ∀ﾟ)━!目的は図書カードなのですが

始まってあれ？図書カードないぞ

「すいません　図書カードは配らないのですか？」

「いいたいことはそれだけか？」


まぁ冗談はさておき、あとでちゃっかり図書カードもらいました。

今日は西船橋の西船珈琲研究所にて朝食。

ちなみにこのお店名前が違うだけでほぼbecks coffee

Toeic 900と英検一級について考えてみたらやはり難しいのは後者である。

英検のリスニングは長いし内容がアカデミックであるし、すべてが英検のほうが難しい。

そこで剣心さんがこんな一言。

剣心: 英検一級に未練も愛着もないがそれでもお前のような奴には譲れぬよの。

僕: かなわないなぁ ひむらさんはし塩さんよりずっと厳しいや。

toeic 167 majour version

というわけで toeic sp受けて来ました

まず感想ですが、900越えが厳しいかもです。

というのも最後のリーディング問題で三問塗り絵にしてしまったからです。

それ以外にもaspectsはあるのですが

いずれにせよ、今日からまた勉強をしなくてはなりません。

ちなみにトイックが始まる直前までこんな会話が頭をよぎりました。



僕: トイック900がとれるかどうか僕の瞬天殺で見極める！

剣心: 果たして決めることができるのかなその乱れた心で

僕: たいした余裕ですね。son of a..



追加情報・・・やはりチーズの話はリサイクルだと思われます。
そういや去年こんな問題解いたよな
あと出版社の３月３１日にまでに原稿間に合わせろ的な話もリサイクルですね
こちらも以前みたことがあるので出版が7月だとすぐにわかりました
また追加情報があったらのせます。

明日はTOEIC SPです

明日はTOEICSPです。ちなみにSPとはsecured programの略（公開テストという意味）
逆に非公開テストまたは学内向けテストはIP(Institutional Program)と呼びます。

なぜSecureなのか不明なのですが

そんで今最後の調整中なのですがふと頭の中にこんな会話が浮かびました。

準１はとりあえず受かりますた。

I passed the interview test of step eiken.

まぁ２７点だったので少し複雑です。

とりあえずあとは１月の英検に向けて頑張るべきです

英検準一の面接ですが、今回は三つのトピックにビジネス関係はなかった模様

どれくらいの内容が平均的なスピーキングなんだろう。

待ってるときに結構発音いい人もいたけどな。

いろいろあって先ほど帰ってきました。

It took a long time to come back to my home.

英検の試験の内容（簡単に）伝えます。

I am going to tell you what was today's interview like briefly.

会場はK学院で僕は９時組でしたが教室には40名くらいしかいませんでした。

やはり合格率は高くないんだな・・・

あと高校生以下で参加してる人はおそらく我が敵　returnees(帰国）

そんで面接ですがどうやら今回の面接官は年配の女性（おそらくK学院の先生）

Me:Good morning(with smiling)

K(examiner): Good morning( with not smiling)

Me: Here you are (give a card)

K:Thx please be seated.

Me:Thank you

K: My name is K, what is your name?

Me: My name is Hiro(I told my true name)

K:Okay Hiro, How are you today.

M: I'm fine thank you.

K:please introduce yourself.

M: Yes, I am an university student and I am senior at the university. My hobby is reading books.

K: All right, Let's begin the test.( Wait, It's not free talk I expected before)

K:This is a card, you have one minute to prepare.

K: now please start your narration.

M: One day, a family went to local park, the children(daughter　間違えた） was quite happy to play in the park however the parents noticed the park was very dirty and they were worry about it.

few weeks later,  the man was reading the newspaper and he noticed an article that is about new play facilities( facility 間違えた）so, parents  showed interest about it.

At the play facility, the man was disappointed because the entrance fee was quite expensive however the daughter really wanted to go there so, he paid for that.

After playing at the facility, the daughter was satisfied and the man was not happy.

ちょっと記憶があいまいだがたぶんもっと文法ミス結構してる気がする。

Q 1 Please look at fourth picture, if you were the man, what would be thinking?

I would be thinking that I am happy because my daughter is satisfied however  I will find another facility next time because entrance fee was so expansive.

Q 2 ?? Do you think the children  obey  the parents??
No i don??　すいません覚えてない

Q3 Should children do more P.E exercises ?

yes I think so, these days children tend to play Video games so they have to  do more P.E exercises at school.

Q4 pay tax for services??

んーこんなかんじでかなりドライな面接でした。

んーまぁいい感触とはいえないでしょうね。

とりあえずいろいろなことがありまして、今日にいたります。

あいかわらずTOEICは受けてなくて880のままです。

そんでやはり卒業の前に英検はもっておいたほうがいいと思い

僕はこの作品を全シーズンみたおかげでおそろくTOEICのリスニングが伸びたとおもわれます
が、一番最初は何いってるのかさっぱりわかりませんでした。
ですので字幕でみて慣れてから徐々に外していけばいいと思います。

３　Family guy

映画でもドラマでもありませんが、個人的にオススメです。なぜなら大人向けの内容だけど
実は子供にもわかるような英語だからです。というか最近思うけどfamily guyは子供が見てもいいように作られているんじゃないのかな。

4 Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone

イギリス英語って何？と思う人はこれを見てアメリカ映画と比較してみてください。
主人公らは訛りのないイギリス英語です。

5 Notting Hill

僕がおそらく１番好きな映画です。
Notting Hill Gateに行こう。

The story is very simple and music is also good.

I watched a film called ' up in the air'.

I don't evaluate a particular film usually but I will comment this.

It was a brilliant film I've ever seen.

さて、先月受けたTOEIC　IP(Institutional　Program)の結果が気になったので

大学行ってとりあえず教務課に聞いてみたら。

「〇〇教授に聞いてみないとお渡しできない」

と返ってきたので僕は

" What the hell? "

って感じになりました。

それでしばらくして英語科の教員に相談した後

また教務課いって

「結果だけでも閲覧できないでしょうか」

と聞いたらようやくOK

それで結果

まぁこんなもんかな

ほんとは900超えを期待していましたがまぁ努力が足りなかったんでしょう

とりあえずいよいよこれでTOEFLの勉強に本格的に取り組むことができそうです。

162 TOEIC

というわけで、TOEIC受けてきました。

まぁ4HIC1のメジャーだったけど

まず会場から、今日は台東区（ほぼ地元）で受けました。

で会場の感じはなんかどこかの公民館みたいな感じ

とりあえず小さい教室ではなく予備校の教室みたいな試験会場

だいたい今日の会場に全部で２００人くらいきたかな（４０×５）

１１時半に到着して、いつユンケルのむか迷って結局３０分以上前に飲んでしまた。

まぁ果たして

さて、今回のTOEICですが、

なんと前回より難しい？

特にpart 1　最初だけにちょっと引き釣られそうだったし

噴水の奴間違えたんだよね。

まぁ今回は全体的に慎重にやりすぎて最後の５問微妙に塗り絵になっちゃったし

でも久々に全力で集中できたからいいかな。

まぁそんなとこです。

TOEIC Speaking and Writing test

以前メールでTOEICSWの体験会に参加しませんかというメールがきたので、

なんとなく受けに行ってみた。

会場はIIBC本社（永田町）

開始１０分前にいってみるとなかには４０人くらい

ほぼ全員社会人だったし、

そんで丁寧ではないGeneral Explanationの後、試験開始

教室（すぐ近く）に移動させられて、個別ネットカフェみたいなとこに１人づつすわる感じ

んで、ヘッドフォン装着で準備完了

始まったとおもたら、みなさんのスピーキングの声まるぎこえ！

おもわずわらてもうた（失礼ですがすみません）

そんでふざけながらたんたんと音読セクション開始したのはいいものの

途中でえーってくるような問題で出会い撃沈。

ライティングに関しても途中までは簡単だったけど。

最後の自分自身の意見を書くヤツMinimumで３００字だと！

ちょw

そんであえなく撃沈し。

まぁ今後SW受けてみようかな

ちなみに僕そこで１０００円でテキスト買えるっていうからきたのに

急遽テストに当日申し込んだかたは１０００円で買えますだと？（ほんとabruptlyな）

What a ripped-off !!

まぁとりあえずTOEICスコアが英語力を示すものではないことがわかった.

Finally, I gave up that

sorry, I can't do that any more.

I quit my study for STEP (Japanese English Proficiency)  test.

It is hopeless, well, I will explain why I quit that in Japanese.

というわけで本音入るんで、日本語で今日は書きます。

今日は明日が英検ということで一応朝からC図書館に缶詰め状態で１０時間くらい勉強していました。

まぁ就職活動もあったからなかなか勉強が進まないのもあるのですが、

やはり英検は難しい。

もうTOEICの点数的に英検準１級とれてもおかしくないはずなのに。

ちなみに今日tactics for TOEICの教材使ってTOEIC模試やったら前回とほぼ同じ800だったし

TOEICって勉強しないかぎり何度でも同じスコアになる仕組みなんですね、わかります。

まぁ愚痴はここまでにして、結局すべては僕の努力不足が原因です。

というか最後に愚痴るけど、英検の勉強って面白くないんだよね。

年３回しかないっていうのもモチベーション下がる原因だし、

ほんとIIBCに比べてO社は経営が下手だ。oops sorry

well, I don't wanna study any more.

I'm tired.

I think I am going to fail an exam this week.

some says Red Bull is good one but I doubt about it.

sizzler

I  went to Sizzler today because my friend promised to pay lunch for me.

it is located in Kameido in Japan.

It was first time to go to Sizzler so, I was nervous.

We ordered a Lunch Salad Bar( but may be it is not on menu in U.S)

I ate a spaghetti,  a taco rice, etc...

The food quality was good but I was not satisfied.

Because we couldn't find  French fries  in Salad Bar.

Anyway, I was glad to go to Sizzler

They are absolutely ridiculous

I went to Tsutaya ( famous rental DVD shop like blockbuster) yesterday.

I rented a  ' Toy story 3'

But when I watched that DVD, something happened.

That DVD didn't work at all.

So, I complained about it but the staff said ' It is good condition.'

then, I said ' you kidding me, I couldn't watch it. Give me a voucher to exchange it'

Finally, I got a voucher but after I went back to home, I couldn't watch that again.

I was disappointed.

well, Tsutaya should care for all DVDs everyday.

About coffee

I decided to talk about coffees today because this diary's title is coffee geeks

I went to coffee Kan( very famous coffee chain in Japan) today.

That coffee house is usually expensive but today, I found a notice board and it said

' you can get a discount if you will take away a cup of coffee,'

That was awesome.

So, I bought a cup of coffee quickly and tasted it.

It was absolutely delicious I think.

well, if you like to taste real coffees, you must go to Coffee Kan or Ueshima coffee.

I assure that.
